To You Who Read to the End

To everyone who read The White Witch and the Black Witch — A Twisted Secret Between Them all the way through. Thank you, truly, from the bottom of my heart.

Following on from my previous work, I find myself somewhat abashed at imitating proper authors by writing an afterword — but I wanted to convey my gratitude to those who stayed with me to the end, and so I’ve taken up my pen.

In a world overflowing with so much entertainment both inside and outside Kakuyomu, the fact that you gave your precious time to this work makes me genuinely happy.

This being fantasy, a genre I’m still finding my feet in, there were many scenes where I felt I hadn’t quite gotten it right, and there were several moments along the way when I thought about stopping updates altogether. Even so, the reviews and comments, the stars and hearts you gave me kept me going and gave me the drive to keep updating.

Thank you, truly.

Going forward I’ll continue working, little by little, to bring you better stories. If you’ve found yourself interested, following me on Kakuyomu or on X would mean you’ll be notified when new works go up — I would be very grateful if you might consider it.

This time I went with fantasy for a particular contest, but going forward I plan to continue publishing modern-day yuri.
