Episode 39: You’re Not Concentrating At All. That’s No Good, Ms. President? ※

No outside appointments today, so I’d decided to work remotely from the apartment.

After breakfast, I settled onto the living room sofa and turned on my laptop. Computer glasses on, fingers tapping away at the keyboard.

Working through HR strategy and future business development in my head, checking emails as I went. A quiet morning like this is when good ideas tend to drop into place unexpectedly. I usually save the thinking-heavy tasks for first thing.

Yuno had been moving busily around the apartment for a while, cleaning.
After a bit, she flopped down onto the sofa, hugging a cushion to her chest, watching TV and laughing, bright and unrestrained.

Every time that soft laugh spread through the room, my attention kept wanting to drift toward it.

After a while, the sound of small footsteps came padding closer.

Thump.

A weight settled, heavy, onto my shoulder from behind. A sweet, soft scent of shampoo brushed past my nose. Without even turning around, I knew she’d rested her chin gently on my shoulder. My heart gave one large beat.

“…Hey. What are you doing.”

I kept typing, not sparing her a glance.

“Reina, I’m bored. Pay attention to me?”

A coaxing voice, and yet one with something calculated underneath it too.

“Working from home doesn’t mean I’m playing around. Why don’t you study for a certification or something.”
“Then can I just stay like this a little?”
“No. I can’t concentrate.”

Nip.

“…Nn.”

A sweet bite at my ear. A sound slipped out before I could help it, and my typing came to a dead stop.

“Huh? Your hands stopped. Keep going, get back to work.”

She whispered it right beside my ear. The wet texture of that voice alone sent a shiver down my spine. A fine current ran through my whole body, and something deep inside throbbed, slow.

Just as I tried to forcibly drag my attention back to the email —

Slowly.

This time, her tongue traced along my neck.
The movement was sultry. Smooth, unhurried, at a pace clearly designed to torment. Sometimes with a soft kiss-sound, moving back and forth from under my ear to my collarbone.

Every time those soft lips touched my skin, the fine hairs at the back of my neck rose.

“Hnn.”

A small sound leaked out.

“Ahah. You’re not concentrating at all. That’s no good, Ms. President?”
“…Mn, stop… that’s enough.”

Despite the teasing words, those lips didn’t stop. If anything, they seemed to grow slightly more careful, more deliberate, every time I reacted.
I couldn’t hold back the sounds. The words in the email kept slipping past, not registering. My heartbeat sped up, and my face kept getting hotter.

At ten o’clock, I had a meeting with Sato.

For internal meetings, we usually both kept cameras off, and today, especially, that suited me fine. I wasn’t wearing makeup, and if Yuno accidentally ended up in frame, it wouldn’t be remotely funny.

“Sato-san, about last month’s numbers. Closing rate’s down eight points quarter-on-quarter. What’s your hypothesis on the cause?”
“Yes, I think it’s a lead quality issue. Inbound’s dropped, so we’re leaning more on outbound, which means conversion’s taking longer.”
“I see. Sounds like we should build nurturing reinforcement into next quarter’s OKRs. How’s the MA tool usage looking right now? Currently——”

That’s when Yuno’s hand slipped, smoothly, under my shirt.

Fingers moving, slow and deliberate, over my skin. I had no idea where they were headed, and found myself shivering despite that.

The fingers stopped.
Right at my chest. And then, the peak, pinched gently between them.

“That part is K—”

I’d meant to say “KPI,” and my voice cracked completely, right on the P.

A brief silence.

“…Are you alright, President?”

Sato asked, sounding uncertain.

“Mn— mn, I’m fine. Just, um… feeling a bit under the weather.”

I coughed, deliberately, unconvincingly. The whole time, Yuno’s fingers kept moving, slow and relentless, rolling my nipple between them, flicking it lightly, again and again.

Sato kept talking. I pressed a hand over my mouth, desperately holding back any sound, and managed only the bare minimum responses.
“Right.” “Let’s go with that direction.” “I’ll confirm.” Forcing out even that much took everything I had.

I wanted her to stop. And yet, I didn’t want her to stop.
That contradiction churned, round and round, deep inside me.

Stealing a glance — Yuno was watching me. Eyes narrowed, the corner of her mouth lifted just slightly. An expression that was mean, and yet artless, and sensuous, all at once.

Watching, observing, as if enjoying my reactions.
That face was unbearably alluring, and I thought, unfair.

The moment the meeting with Sato ended, Yuno’s fingers stopped, dead still, at the exact same time.

“Why.”
“Hm?”
“Why… did you stop.”

“Because the meeting’s over,” Yuno said, breezy, unbothered.

“I was bored, so I was playing a game by myself — if Reina made a sound during the meeting, I win.”
“Are you an idiot.”
“Ahaha.”

Her hand started to slip free of my shirt, pulling back out. My whole body, deep inside, was already wet, fully ready.
I caught her wrist, on reflex.

“What’s wrong?”

At Yuno’s puzzled voice, I hesitated for just a moment — and said it anyway.

“…Idiot. Don’t… stop halfway…”

Yuno laughed, soft. Mean, and yet pleased.

“Wasn’t it ‘no’ during work hours?”
“Quiet. Until eleven… there’s time, before the next meeting…”
“Well, I guess there’s no helping it.”

That voice didn’t sound troubled in the slightest.

***

She pulled me by the hand and pushed me down onto the sofa.
With practiced ease my shirt was slipped off, my bra unhooked. The instant her hot tongue touched my nipple, the voice I’d been holding back spilled out.
I no longer had it in me to hold anything back.

Yuno’s tongue was careful. Drawing it out, but unfailingly precise. Every time she rolled it, my back arched up; every time she sucked, hard, my breath caught.

Somewhere in the middle of it my underwear had been slipped off too, and by the time I noticed, my whole body was bare.

“…Yuno, you too, take it off.”

I said it, tugging at the hem of her shirt.

“You really want to see my chest that badly. Reina, you’re a pervert, aren’t you?”
“…You’re the last person who gets to say that to me.”

Yuno slowly pulled off her shirt. Her bra came off too.
Pure white skin. The slight, delicate outline of her body. And against it, two soft curves, almost too full for that frame. Pale pink tips at their centre.

We held each other, gently.

I buried my face in the space between Yuno’s chest and took a slow breath there.
Pressing my face into smooth skin.
Not soap, not body cream — this was the sweet scent that simply rose from Yuno’s own body. Softness wrapped around my whole face. The surrounding sounds receded.

This is the place, I thought.
Being here settles something in me, unbearably.
I don’t want to leave, I thought. Just that, over and over.

I traced Yuno’s nipple slowly with my tongue, working it loose, rolling it. When I sucked, hard, her breath caught slightly.

That small change made me happy, and I sucked again. I cupped the other side with my hand, kneading slowly with the pads of my fingers. A fullness that nearly overflowed my hand moved, soft, between my fingers.

“Fhh… ahah… kind of, like a baby. Cute, Reina.”

The words were teasing, and yet sweet, erotic in their own way.
A possessiveness rose in me, unstoppable. I wanted to leave marks, only mine, on this white skin.

Juuh.

“Does it hurt?”
“Nn-mn. Feels good. Leave more, lots more marks?”

That request made my whole body ache, all over again. More, I thought. Again, and again, I carved dark red-purple marks across Yuno’s chest.

In the middle of it, Yuno’s fingers slipped inside me.
Moving with a wet sound, stirring, deliberate. Every time she pressed deep, my hips lifted, and the sound wouldn’t stop.

I kept my mouth occupied with Yuno’s nipple while, below, I was completely at the mercy of her fingers.

Slowly, our faces drew close, and we kissed, deep.
I can’t stop this. This is a drug.

Completely, helplessly, I had become captive to all of Yuno.

***

“…Ah…!”

Yuno’s tongue, shifting position and skillfully working at that spot again and again, sent my mind completely blank, my body jolting hard, over and over.
One slow breath, and consciousness gradually returned.

How many times had that been now. Five, maybe? I’d lost count.

Glancing idly at the clock —

“…………Eh? Twelve thirty?”

A cold chill ran down my spine all at once.
I grabbed my phone, and the screen was filled with notifications.

[Saruwatari Saori]
11:05 “President, what would you like to do about the 11:00 sales strategy meeting?”
11:15 “President, is everything alright?”
11:20 “I’ll reschedule it for another day.”

[Kirishima Saeko]
11:20 “Reina, the deadline for the new deal’s final decision is twelve, need your answer before then!”
11:50 “Reina, please confirm—-“

[Matsuyama Maho]
11:03 “President, the director from ABC Corp has arrived. They’d like to discuss the new contract.”
11:45 “They said they’ll come back another time and have already left… I’ll report the details later.”

I’d skipped two meetings without a word. Kept a new client waiting and sent them home. The new deal’s response had stalled completely.

…I’m the worst.
Guilt washed over me in a wave.

And yet.

The softness of Yuno’s body, held against mine.
The warmth clinging to me.
That sweet scent.
That innocent, and yet enticing, lovely expression.

To all of it, I felt a happiness beyond words.
And that, in turn, twisted back into a guilt that scraped, raw, at the back of my throat.

As long as I have Yuno, I feel like nothing else matters. That’s how far gone I am.

Like sinking into a swamp, I could no longer pull myself free of this girl.
